We'll begin with a transformative cacao ceremony, connecting with the ancient spirit of this sacred plant medicine, to open your heart, tap into your intuition, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Flow with the elements and deepen your connection with self through a rejuvenating yoga session, feeling the velvet grass beneath your toes and the sun warming your skin as you move in harmony with the rhythm of the water. Let the worries melt away with each inhale and exhale. Perfect for all levels, beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

Next, for our sound bath experience, imagine yourself nestled on a peaceful green space overlooking the water, the gentle breeze carrying the sound of the water. As you settle in, prepare to embark on a journey of deep relaxation and inner exploration through the power of sound. This immersive experience is designed to nourish your soul, calm your mind, and revitalize your spirit.

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to connect and have fun with fellow participants. Enjoy a variety of games and activities designed to foster connection, laughter, and a sense of community.

We will enjoy food and snacks prepared with fresh ingredients, as you share stories and laughter with newfound community.

As the day draws to a close, embark on a magical boat cruise. We’ll set sail from the Point cadet marina with Biloxi boat tours,  to the breathtaking shores of Deer Island, witnessing the Gulf Coast sunset paint the sky in vibrant colors and the sand between out toes.

• Day Retreat Only: $70 (Excludes sunset cruise)
