Jen blends a background in counseling psychology with over twenty years experience with holistic, energetic, and embodied practices to bring you her own unique style of healing. Jen's style has been described as warm, healing, and informative. Jen holds numerous certificates and degrees, including a BS and a MA in psychology, as well as QHHT, REIKI, BQH, Yoga for Trauma, and Clinical Hypnotherapy Certifications. Her interests lie at the intersection of science and magic/spirit. Jen is a widow and has a six year old son, and recently returned home to the Gulf Coast after living in Georgia for almost ten years.
