We have sunrise and sunset yoga modified to suit all levels. Beginners welcome! These classes will be a combined flow of different yoga types. Sunrise Focusing on greeting the day with gratitude and new intentions. Opening the heart to receive the day's blessings.

Sunset yoga will also be welcome to all levels. Focusing on releasing and letting go of the day and all of its encounters and agendas. Coming back to gratitude and closing the day from a heart space. In preparing the body, mind, and spirit for a peaceful night's rest.

Group sound classes we provide yoga mat, pillow or bolster, and blanket. You're welcome to bring your favorite from home as well. Recommended attire is comfortable clothing as you'll be lying on the floor or seated in a chair. We will being in with some light breath work to help you connect with a more relaxed zen state of being, followed by a guided meditation that leads into a journey through sound and senses with various instruments, including a gong, quartz crystal singing bowls, handmade Himalayan bowls from Nepal, chimes, and much more. Sound has been used as a healing modality for thousands of years. It's an ancient practice. The vibrations affect the body on a cellular level. Which also triggers the body's natural healing response, allowing it to heal itself on a multitude of levels.

Reiki is a technique that cleanses and detoxifies to get everything moving and flowing as it should. What to expect during a session . You lay fully clothed on massage table. A series of hand motions are placed on or above the body. Instruments may also be played to help move the energy.
