Angel Harp & Sacred Sound Meditation with Armand and Angelina

On the eve of the winter solstice, join us at The Sanctuary for an evening of harp, flute, and sacred sound, a gentle pause before the season turns and the light begins its slow return.

During this meditation, Angelina will visit each person, placing her Angel Harp on their body and gently playing, offering a personal moment to feel the instrument’s vibrations as well as hear its beautiful tones.

Armand will weave Native American flute, Shanti bells, and other instruments throughout the evening, creating space to rest, soften, and listen.

With the fullness of the holidays around us, this is an invitation to set down what you’ve been carrying and give yourself a little tending, too.
