About the event
There is a language between you and baby that doesn’t need words.
It’s heart to heart. Eye to eye. Touch to touch. The familiar sound of your voice. The comfort of being close.
Cocooned Together is an intimate experience created to nurture that connection to make space for the bond you and baby are creating.
Through gentle baby stretches, loving touch and intentional moments of connection, you’ll be invited to tune into one another in a deeper way. We’ll also incorporate gentle seated movement for you, guided with care through my training as a certified 200 YTT
No yoga experience is needed, these will be gentle seated stretches to help in connecting back to your body after becoming a caretaker.
And then, together, you’ll settle into the cocoon.
