Ecstatic Dance & Sacred Cacao

We welcome you for an evening of live music, ceremonial cacao, and free form movement to open your inner guidance and authentic self.

Gulf Coast Ecstatic Dance’s 3rd event will feature local sound healing practitioner Tiffany Kidder of The Sanctuary Wellness offering a sacred cacao ceremony.  Multi instrumentalist and shamanic practitioner, Jonah Tobias~DJ Listo Calisto~ on the turn tables during a free form, ecstatic dance experience with the lovely Lauren Lee and Brandi Mae as our guides.

The event will begin with a cacao ceremony and sound bath, then spiritual practice and connective games, before we transition into an dance jam with a wide variety of musical styles and expressions.

Ecstatic dance celebrations are a time for conscious community to come together and connect in a creative and joy filled dance party. This is an alcohol free event with Cacao drink and refreshments provided.
