Heart Alchemy Workshop and Cacao Guided Heart Ceremony

Heart Alchemy is the transformation of pain, heaviness, and experience. It is the power of the heart to set things right— through self-forgiveness.

Often the heart may feel stuck, blocked, and walled off. Naturally, as we go through experiences in our life our instinct is to protect the heart by erecting walls around it. Heart Alchemy as a practice suggests that we begin the process of gently removing heart walls and allow ourselves to feel all things fully.

Through honoring our feelings and supporting ourselves stuck, frozen, and trapped emotions may be released freeing the body.

The intention of this workshop is to offer you tools to practice heart alchemy in your own day to day life.

In this workshop you will learn:

This workshop will also hold a guided Cacao Ceremony into the heart.
