About the event
The space is for teens 13 through 17 who may be struggling to fit in, experiencing bullying, feeling isolated, or poor body image. No one needs to have everything figured out to belong here. LED by licensed master social worker and therapist.
Together, we’ll explore tools for coping with stress, building confidence, setting boundaries, and navigating relationships all at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
This is a place to connect, learn practical skills, and know you’re not alone. Every teen is welcome exactly as they are.
