Silent Disco on the beach is sure to leave you relaxed, peaceful, and inspired. Enjoy music from a live DJ and connect with our local wellness community!

This co-ed gathering is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share a love of music, dancing, and mindfulness.

We’ll begin with sharing heart-opening cacao, a drink made from raw chocolate that carries a sweet and connective spirit and facilitates spiritual awakening. Then, you’ll be invited to get silly during a short guided dance warmup. We’ll then immerse ourselves in the elemental musical journey led by DJ Ananda Bliss.

Let go of stress, tension, and inhibitions while experiencing the power of free form movement meditation. The session will close with a multi-instrumental sound healing and a prayer circle.
