Two spaces devoted to healing and restoration come together to create something truly special for the Mississippi Gulf Coast — a self-care experience designed to nurture you from the inside out.
You’ll be gently cradled in a soft aerial cocoon as the session begins, allowing your body to settle into a floating state of comfort. The subtle, somatic movement of the cocoon supports the nervous system in a deeply restorative way — similar to the soothing rhythm of the womb — inviting the body to soften, unwind, and shift into a parasympathetic state of calm.
While suspended in this peaceful cocoon, you’ll receive a luxurious facial experience guided by a dual licensed medical esthetician, owner of Refuge Spa.
