Transformative New Year's spiritual workshop

Join us for a transformative New Year's spiritual workshop

designed to help you release the past year's burdens and step

into the new year with clarity, purpose, and intention. Through a

blend of various practices, including guided meditations,

reflective journaling, visualization exercises, and ceremonial

rituals, we will create a sacred space for self-discovery and

renewal.

This workshop is an immersive experience designed to guide

participants through a process of introspection, release, and

intention-setting. It combines ancient spiritual practices with

contemporary techniques to create a sacred space for personal

growth and transformation. We will spend our time reflecting on

the past year, embracing the present moment and envisioning

the future year ahead.

These practices are carefully curated to facilitate deep self-

awareness and transformation. Each participant will have the

opportunity for a private, one-card, mini-intuitive reading on the

year ahead with Spiritual Intuitive, Cindy Teague.

Your Facilitators:

The workshop will be led by Cindy Teague, RMT, Cht, and Dr.

Amy Holden. Cindy, who is the owner of Spirit Chats with Cindy.

is a spiritual intuitive & healing energy facilitator with over 30

years of experience. Amy is a Sacred Space Holder trained as a

Reiki Master Teacher, along with Shamanism practices and

various Sacred Path studies.

Note: This workshop is designed for individuals seeking a deep,

introspective experience to transition into the New Year with

intention and spiritual alignment. Please bring your

accompanying eBook/eJournal & a pen. Additionally, please

bring any personal items (such as images, quotes, or symbols)

that resonate with your vision for the new year. The workshop

encourages a sense of community and mutual support among

participants. Group sharing sessions provide an opportunity to

connect with like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of
